InnSuites Hospitality Trust operates as a self-administered, unincorporated Ohio business trust.

InnSuites Hospitality Trust (formerly known as Realty ReFund Trust) owns 70% of the general partnership interest in RRF Limited Partnership the Delaware Operating Partnership that directly, or indirectly owns the four InnSuites Hotels (the fifth Yuma hotel is owned directly by the trust).

InnSuites Hotels, Inc. (formerly known as Realty Hotel Lessee Corp.), owns the InnSuites trademarks and provides trademark services to 11 hotels. InnSuites Hotels, Inc. also manages 9 hotels (5 owned by the trust).

Through our ownership and control of the RRF Operating Partnership, we own and operate InnSuites Hotels in Tucson (2), and Yuma in Arizona, Ontario (Los Angeles) in California, and Albuquerque in New Mexico with a total of approximately 843 studios and suites. Eleven hotels are operated under the InnSuites name. Seven of the hotels are also marketed as “Best Western InnSuites Hotels and Suites.”  

RRF Limited partners hold either Class A units, which are freely convertible one for one into Trust shares or Class B Units, which are convertible one for one into Trust share only with the approval of the Trust’s Board of Trustees.  There are approximately 9 million shares of stock outstanding. In addition there were approximately 650,000 Class A RRF partnership units convertible 1 to 1 into stock and 3.4 million Class B RRF partnership units convertible 1 to 1 into stock (with Board of Trustee approval). Total shares and units are approximately 13.1 million.
