Mr. Waters has been Chief Financial Officer of InnSuites Hospitality
Trust since February 29, 2000. Prior to joining the Trust, Mr. Waters worked as an
accountant and auditor with Michael Maastricht, CPA, from June 1998 to June 1999. He was self-employed
concentrating in computerized accounting and information systems, from 1990 to 1998. He earned a
Master of Science degree in Accounting and Taxation from New Hampshire College
and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Franklin Pierce College graduating Summa Cum Laude.
